Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Best HDD

s RMA department by filling the RMA request form. Another option is to contact us by phone or via live chat to obtain an RMA#. Our RMA department will process the request and issue an RMA# if the product is eligible for return. We must receive all items being returned within ten days otherwise RMA will be voided. After 30 days it is under manufacturer warranty if one exists. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened. We do not charge any restocking fee for damaged (DOA) products or if we make a mistake on the shipment. However, the customer pays the return shipping charge to Best HDD and Best HDD will pay the shipping back to you.
